We offer a 7-day replacement policy for structural damage or manufacturing defects reported on arrival. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and photos or video of the issue.
What is covered
Manufacturing defects, non-functional units on arrival, and significant physical defects present before use are eligible for review. Normal wear, accidental damage, water damage beyond rated IP rating, and unauthorized repairs are not covered.
